PARTNERS ENDING HOMELESSNESS

Partners Ending Homelessness (PEH) is a non-profit organization located in Guilford County, North Carolina. Our organization plays a vital role in our community’s efforts to create housing solutions for those in need. Our goal is to connect people experiencing homelessness to safe, healthy, and sustainable housing and appropriate resources. We currently serve as the Coordinated Entry Lead Agency for the Guilford County Continuum of Care (CoC). Our Coordinated Entry Department serves as a bridge, connecting those experiencing homelessness with housing and resources. We are also the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Lead Agency for the Guilford County CoC. Our HMIS Department provides training, data reporting, and technical assistance to homeless service providers. As a homeless service provider, our team also works to maintain updated and accurate information about local resources for those who are experiencing literal homelessness.

“It is hard to argue that housing is not a fundamental human need. Decent, affordable housing should be a basic right for everybody in this country. The reason is simple: without stable shelter, everything else falls apart.”
